History Import Purchases

OneLifeHero history import is a digital service. Paid import access costs €2.99 one-time unless a launch promotion applies. Stripe processes payment, receipts, and paid invoices.

When Refunds Are Available

You may request a refund when:

• You paid for an import but have not consumed the import access yet.
• The import fails because of a OneLifeHero service issue and we cannot reasonably fix it.
• A refund is required by applicable consumer protection law.

When Refunds Are Not Available

Once import access has been consumed and processing has started, the purchase is normally non-refundable unless required by law. Free launch claims have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

Contact us through the contact page with the email used at checkout and your Stripe invoice or receipt reference. We review requests case by case.
