History Import Purchases

OneLifeHero history import is a digital service. Paid import access costs EUR 2.99 one-time unless a launch promotion applies. Stripe processes payment, receipts, and paid invoices.

Creator Starter Subscriptions

Creator Starter is a recurring digital subscription for streamer tools, including OBS overlays and Twitch command access when available. The launch price is EUR 9 per month unless another price is shown at checkout. You may cancel future renewals; access may remain active until the end of the paid billing period.

When Refunds Are Available

You may request a refund when:

• You paid for an import but have not consumed the import access yet.
• The import fails because of a OneLifeHero service issue and we cannot reasonably fix it.
• You were charged for Creator Starter but never received access because of a OneLifeHero service issue.
• A refund is required by applicable consumer protection law.

When Refunds Are Not Available

Once import access has been consumed and processing has started, the purchase is normally non-refundable unless required by law. Free launch claims have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

Creator Starter subscription periods already started are normally non-refundable unless required by law or caused by a OneLifeHero service issue. Cancelling prevents future renewal; it does not automatically refund a past billing period.
