Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OneLifeHero (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

OneLifeHero is a community companion tool for tracking League of Legends “One Life” challenge runs. The Service provides run tracking, champion progress management, public profile pages, and (when available) Riot Games match history synchronization. Creator features may include OBS browser overlays, streamer pages, Twitch chat commands, and alert tools for approved beta creators or paid subscribers.

OneLifeHero is not endorsed by Riot Games and does not reflect the views or opinions of Riot Games or anyone officially involved in producing or managing Riot Games properties. Riot Games, League of Legends, and all associated properties are trademarks or registered trademarks of Riot Games, Inc.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Riot Games Account Linking

When available, you may link your Riot Games account to enable automatic match history synchronization. By linking your account, you authorize the Service to access your League of Legends match history via the Riot Games API. You may unlink your account at any time.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service, including run data, profile information, and public pages. By making content public, you grant the Service a non-exclusive license to display that content.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or Riot Games Terms of Service
  • Attempt to circumvent any security or access controls
  • Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the Service
  • Impersonate other users or Riot Games employees
  • Use the Service for harassment, spam, or abusive behavior
  • Use Twitch commands or public overlays to mislead viewers, impersonate another creator, or automate abusive chat behavior

7. Payments

Certain features may require payment (e.g., historical run imports, streamer subscriptions). All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. For one-time history imports, Stripe provides receipts and paid invoices when available. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

Launch promotions such as the first 100 free history imports have no cash value and may be limited to one claim per account.

History Import waitlist reservations are not transferable coupon codes. Free access may be tied to the email address or account used to register and can be consumed once when a full import creates a run.

Creator Starter is a recurring subscription for streamer tools. Unless cancelled, subscriptions renew automatically at the displayed billing interval. You can cancel future renewals through the account or billing flow when available, or by contacting support. Cancelling stops future renewal but does not erase already-created public run data.

8. Creator Starter, Twitch, and OBS

Creator Starter overlays are browser-source pages intended for use in OBS or similar broadcast software. Overlay URLs and bot verification codes should be treated as private access links. You are responsible for your Twitch channel, moderation choices, and compliance with Twitch rules.

OneLifeHeroBot commands may be rate-limited, disabled, or changed to protect the Service, comply with platform rules, or prevent abuse. Manual alert commands are presentation tools and do not change official run records unless the Service clearly says otherwise.

9. Intellectual Property

The OneLifeHero name, logo, and original content are property of the Service. League of Legends, champion names, images, and related assets are property of Riot Games, Inc. and are used under Riot Games' API and asset usage policies.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OneLifeHero shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
